VOUCHER PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who directly enters via the competition entry form on our website or is nominated as a referrer by the winning recipient on their entry form.
- No purchase necessary.
- The prize is a voucher for £100 worth of repairs at the Grover Accident Repair Centre. Should the winner have named someone who told them about the competition on their original entry, that person will also be deemed a winner, subject to these terms and conditions.
- The prize draw is open to people aged 18 years or over.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The closing date for entries is 30th September 2018. The winner will be drawn at random in the first week of September and will be notified directly based on the contact information received.
- The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person.
- The winners basic details (excluding any contact information) may appear on the Grover Accident Repair Centre website and social media.
- In the event of the winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement with Grover Accident Repair Centre, the winner can nominate a family member or friend to accept the prize on their behalf.
- The prize draw is not open to employees of Grover Accident Repair Centre, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw.
- It is a condition of entry that the winners have their photograph taken for press and promotional activities if requested.

- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The name of the prize winner will be available on the website www.groverarc.co.uk.
- Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Competition commences as of 15th August 2018.
