insurers - at no additional cost to you. This means you can sit back and relax while we get things sorted.
Will I have a car to drive while mine is being repaired?
We don’t want to leave you without a vehicle and if it’s a non-fault accident, you may be entitled to a like for like vehicle replacement while yours is with us for repair. If not, we will still provide you with a free courtesy car for the duration of your repair, as long as your policy allows, but we will discuss that with the insurers up front.
Will my no claims bonus be protected?
Yes! In the case of a non-fault accident we can deal with your insurers and ensure there’s no excess to pay, to help protect your No Claims Bonus.
